2. Booking Policy

• All appointments must be booked through our online booking system on the website.
• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email.
• Please ensure that all personal details provided during booking are accurate to avoid any issues.
• Ensure that you are a female as we only provide services to females.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the appointment.
• If you fail to cancel within this time frame, a cancellation fee of 50% may apply.
• Cancellations can be processed via the confirmation email link or by contacting us at info@rkbeautysalon.co.uk.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 days prior to the appointment.
• To reschedule, use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us at info@rkbeautysalon.co.uk.
• Rescheduling requests made less than 2 days before the appointment cannot be accommodated.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before the appointment.
• For pre-paid services, refunds will be processed for cancellations made within the permitted timeframe.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

6. Late Arrival Policy

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to wait then.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the appointment may be treated as a no-show, and any prepayment will not be refunded.

7. No-Show Policy

• Failure to attend an appointment without prior cancellation or rescheduling will be considered a no-show.
• No refunds or credits will be provided for no-show appointments.

9. Health and Safety Policy
